She has supported clients through outsourced accounting and finance engagements, financial reporting improvements, process redesign, and accounting transformation initiatives. Yesi has particular expertise in ERP and financial system implementations, including platforms such as Intacct and Workday, where she has supported configuration, data migration, process design, and end-user training. Her experience also includes lease accounting and ASC 842 implementation, financial analysis, reconciliations, cash flow management, reporting, and internal process improvement. With a background in Accounting and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, Yesi combines technical accounting knowledge with a strong business perspective. Her work is focused on helping organizations build more accurate, efficient, and scalable finance functions—connecting accounting, systems, and operations to support better financial management and sustainable growth.
